The legal fees are freely set, in accord with the client, according to the complexity, the stakes, and the volume of the work performed by the counsel.

The conclusion of a fees convention is necessary and advised, for safety and transparency purposes.

The Firm proposes a fixed rate for relatively simple matters, or an hourly rate if the case requires deep or regular work.

At the beginning of the case, the lawyer and the client agree on the amount and the terms of payment of the fees, or as they go along, if the service takes a while.

In some cases, an additional success fee may be discussed between the parties, rewarding the lawyer for his efforts.
